MFE’s Key Formwork Lineup

MFE offers a range of aluminum formwork systems designed to meet the diverse demands of modern construction. Its products are known for their strength, efficiency, and adaptability, ensuring precise and durable structures in every project. Its key formwork, such as Monolithic Systems or Quick Deck, delivers optimal results while reducing costs and environmental impact by integrating advanced manufacturing techniques and eco-friendly materials.

Quick Deck

TMFE Quick Deck enables fast and safe slab construction with minimal labor, using lightweight 2.16m² aluminum panels. These panels are easily assembled and dismantled by two workers with a quick-release prop head, ensuring efficient and secure handling.

The system supports concrete pressures of 11.5 KPA and offers over 400 reuses. Its standard-sized panels are reusable across multiple projects, reducing design costs.

Monolithic Systems

MFE’s monolithic aluminium panels allow contractors to cast walls, slabs, beams, and stairs in a single concrete pour. This streamlined approach enables rapid 4–5 day floor cycles and delivers high-quality finishes that require minimal skim coating.

Each panel is lightweight (approximately 23–25 kg/m² or 4.7–5.1 lb/ft²), making them easy to handle and suitable for high repetition. With the ability to be reused hundreds of times, the system significantly reduces both timber waste and overall formwork costs.

MFE’s Formwork Service

Design & 3D Modelling

MFE’s in-house engineering team develops detailed, project-specific 3D layouts, including pressure analysis and comprehensive material lists. Every tie and panel is checked to ensure compliance with building codes before fabrication begins.

On-Site Technical Support

Experienced site advisors are deployed to train crews, optimize cycle times, and troubleshoot issues during pours. Their hands-on guidance helps teams consistently achieve rapid build targets—such as four-day floor cycles or even one house per day—while maintaining superior finish quality.

Who is MFE recommended for?

MFE’s formwork systems are ideal for developers, contractors, and architects seeking high-performance solutions. They excel in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects requiring rapid construction, precision, and sustainability, making them perfect for initiatives focused on recyclability and waste reduction.

Project Case Studies

Cayan Tower: Twisting Icon

Custom-shaped MFE aluminium formwork allowed each floor to rotate by 1.2° without the need for redesign, enabling the tower’s 90° helix and sleek façade to be built quickly and repeatedly.

Les Jardins: Seamless Low-Rise Efficiency

MFE's monolithic aluminium system, featuring Spring Pin fixings, made formwork assembly and removal quick and easy. The result: faster cycles, reduced labor, and clean, uniform concrete surfaces ideal for low-rise construction.
